Returns:
We offer a 14 day return priviledge on all jewelry and gift items accompanied by your receipt provided merchandise is not damaged, worn, sized or altered. Free one time sizing is available on all new ring purchases from us.

Payment Options:
We accept the following types of payment: Visa, Master Card, Discover, personal checks, certified checks, money orders, paypal and bank wire transfers. All paypal accounts must have confirmed addresses. We will not accept a paypal payment from an unconfirmed address. We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST.

Ordering Procedure:
If you are going to send a money order or personal check you must either email or call your order in to our company. We will then give you the proper shipping & insurance rates along with a confirmation number. Any checks or money orders without the valid confirmation number will be returned.

Shipping Methods:
We ship either USPS priority or FEDEX Ground fully insured. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.
